From the first enquiry to an approved estimate

1. Choose the customer and vehicle. Reuse saved details or add a new customer. Vehicle details are optional.
2. Check the condition. Record what you know from photos or a conversation. Confirm the final price after an in-person check.
3. Set the work and price. Add an interior detail, exterior detail, full detail or your own service. Include tax if you charge it.
4. Preview and share. Check the customer’s view, then copy the private estimate link into a message.
5. Get approval. Customers can select the add-ons you offer and approve the listed work and total.

A repeat customer should be quicker to quote

Open the customer’s history, choose the vehicle and reuse a previous estimate. Check the new job’s condition and prices before sending it.

Save service packages for work you quote often. Package details can still be changed on each estimate.

If the work changes

Explain the extra work, price and time before doing it. Send a revised estimate for approval. An earlier approval does not approve a later price change.

Creating an estimate does not automatically send a message or charge a customer. You share the link and record payments when they arrive.
