What happens after 14 days?
You can still open and download your records. Creating or editing jobs requires an active trial or subscription. Deleting jobs or switching devices does not restart the trial.
Can my customers pay me?
Share your own Stripe, Square, PayPal, Venmo or Cash App payment link. You can also show Zelle instructions or accept cash. Record payments in Costbook after confirming that you received them.
Costbook does not automatically confirm deposits or move customer money. Your payment provider’s fees are separate from the Costbook subscription.
Are taxes included?
The listed subscription prices are in USD before any applicable tax. The checkout will show the full charge when subscriptions open.
For your own jobs, choose whether to charge tax and set the rate and label you use.
